First order of Business...

I have been saying that I was going to start a blog for a long time, and am finally getting one started! Nick and I have been talking about it a lot more recently and decided that as this new journey in our life begins, it is very important to start documenting right away! So much has happened in the last few months and there is only more to come!

As many of you know, Nick got his wings this summer! That's right, my man is now an official Navy Helicopter Pilot! Whoohoo! He selected SH-60 Bravo! We are moving to Jacksonville for FRS (for anyone non-military, that is just an abbreviation for another round of training in the helicopter that he will be flying). We will be in Jacksonville for about 8-10 months, then we will be moving to Atsugi Japan!!!!! We are so excited! Nick and I have said we wanted to go over-seas the minute we knew it was an option, lucky for us, it was!

We are in Jacksonville right now house hunting! More to come on what we find. This is our first time in JAX, but we are already so excited to explore this new place!
